MHA #2 | Wednesday
Diego and Annie had gotten back pretty late last night and immediately flopped into bed. They were both covered in bruises, Diego had a concussion and Annie had emotionally been put through the wringer. They were due for some actual sleep.
It was later than usual when Diego managed to get out of bed, and shuffle out to get coffee from the kitchen, still limping slightly from being thrown around by Stormfront. He had gotten a mug out of the cabinet and was half-turned towards the coffee machine when he noticed a bald lady mannequin sitting at his kitchen table.
"Oh, Jesus!" And now there was a broken mug on the floor. Thanks, Dolores.

Which meant she was slightly groggy when she came shuffling out to see what was wrong, one eye still shut as she held a hand out in front of her in case she had to blast someone.
God, please don't make her blast someone.
"What's wrong?" she asked blearily.

"Oh, shit." And yeah, she'd had suspicions after Tim, but...there she was. In all her glory.
The bald thing was a surprise. Annie had totally pictured Dolores with hair.
"Let's get this cleaned up before one of us steps on it," she said, warily eyeing Dolores before crouching carefully to start scooping up pieces of ceramic. "I'm actually kind of surprised Five left her here."

Also, yeah. Not thinking about how Dolores could potentially be a...lookout. "But you've been busy."
And then unconscious. Rightfully.

Honestly, he was probably partially being a jackass because of the worry.

"Hi," she tried, and waved at Dolores before immediately rolling her eyes up to look at Diego skeptically. "Maybe we should offer her some coffee?"
Tim had been able to eat all that pizza, after all.

So there was Dolores.
Five didn't knock like a normal person, instead, he teleported into the kitchen to pour himself some coffee before going to check on the pair. "You both look like shit."

He could have watered it. Didn't, though.

At least she was too tired to have the reflexes to do more than just blink a little at his arrival.

Figuratively speaking. Stormfront probably barely cleared five feet.
You know, back when she'd been...able to stand.

Diego had the story about the dick and the hand; Annie had Almond Joys and Nazi-kicking. No one had normal stories here, no.

"A Nazi?"
If Diego time travelled, they were all screwed.
no subject
So no, no time-traveling. Just immortal superheroes.
