Long John Silver
- From Black Sails which is one of the best written shows ever I will not be taking questions
- Started off as a petty thief who stole from Captain Flint and to a quartermaster who stole my heart
- Knows nothing about sailing, he just repeats what other sailors say and tries to look like he knows what he's talking about
- Missing his left leg from the knee down and it's a total hack job if you ever seen it. Which you likely won't unless your name is Rey. However! He will soon have a prosthetic and walk semi-normally. He'll still use the crutch from time to time and I'll be sure to mention it.
- Wears a ton of jewelry, flowy shirts and generally looks like a pirate. Because he is a pirate. Eventually he'll get a parrot named Flint and maybe one day I'll give him some tattoos 'cause lets just make this a full on cliche.
- Is a relatively easy going fellow but is the type to take advantage of any situation if the opportunity is there.
- Does have a dark side that he's learning to enjoy. It hasn't come out much in Fandom mostly because nobody has given him the excuse to do so.
- Is a selfish coward and will destroy all of your hopes and dreams so long as you're alive to be mad at him.
- Works at the Devil's Nest on Sundays
- Knows about the restaurant and he's not happy about
- He misses Madi and Flint more than he'd care to admit (or ever speak about) but he's less lonely now that he's dating this badass chick:
- Apparently his type are people who see the big picture and know sometimes personal sacrifices are necessary to achieve success. Which is just terrible because he's a small picture type of guy who will--and I cannot stress this enough--destroy your hopes and dreams so long as you're still breathing after.
- His apartment is filled with the mermaid furniture from Animal Crossing.
- Also I like looking at him.
Diego Hargreeves
- From the Netflix show The Umbrella Academy
- One of 43 children born on October 1, 1989 who were gifted with superpowers
- Was adopted along with 6 other of these children by Sir Reginald Hargreeves who proceeded to train the children to be superheroes and be an all around emotionally abusive asshole
- The superhero group was known as The Umbrella Academy and in his universe they were pretty famous back in the day. Diego's code names were Kraken and Number Two. Actually Number Two is his birth name and really only his dad calls him that.
- Has not seen the majority of his siblings in 12 years with the exception of Klaus who came for parents weekend.
- But that's about to change now that his brother is coming to the island!
- Diego and Five are the same age in the sense that they were both born October 1, 1989 but due to time travel shenanigans Diego is physically older while Five is mentally older. Confusing, I know!
- Diego hasn't seen Five since they were 13 years old but even then they weren't particularly close mostly because Diego is Diego and Five is Five. I would say in terms of siblings Diego best gets along with it goes Ben, Klaus, Allison, Five, Luther, Vanya.
- Diego's power is trajectory manipulation meaning he can direct things to where he wants to go. Most of the time this refers to him being able to bend the knives he throws but he can also direct bullets and eventually will be able to stop them altogether. Fun fact: The Hargreeves get more powerful the more they are around each other.
- He is also a very good fighter, pretty agile and trains with knives constantly.
- Physical traits that will stand out will be a large scar on the right side of his head and a tattoo of an umbrella his father forced him to get when he was a child.
- Is surly, hot headed, impulsive and stubborn but is very sensitive and I think we've seen him cry the most out of all the Hargreeves kids.
- Also he's a big momma's boy. Like, he keeps a cross stitch his mother made for him framed in his apartment. Don't you ever say anything bad about his mom.
- Likes to wear a domino mask and play vigilante so does that occasionally. You know who he likes to patrol with best? This cutie:
- She could kick his ass six ways to Sunday and he just loves that about her.
- Diego can be quite the dumbass, especially when his siblings are around and they devolve into 12 year olds.
- Had a stutter during his childhood and now it only comes out when he's really emotionally stressed.
- Two things I cannot stress enough: He's got daddy issues and can be a real bitch. His actor once described him as a "sobby fuckboy" which is accurate. I also regularly call him a himbo.
- Works at the Trooper Station on Saturdays.
Sam
- I was going to say something interesting about myself but all I do is go to work and play video games so...yeah.
- I do most of my playing on weekends but can ping at work, except Thursdays which is generally the day from hell at my office.
- I go to sleep at like 9 pm EST. So, you know, if I drop off just look at the clock and if it's the time where only the elderly go to sleep assume that I'm also asleep. I also wake up at 5 am, raring to go like a psychopath morning person.
- If you watch Black Sails feel free to e-mail me about it 'cause I'm like a Jehovah's Witness only I'm spreading the good word of Captain Flint and why he is perfect and we don't deserve him.
