Well, that interrogation had been mostly pointless yesterday. So Diego was back to looking for holes and avoiding his brother. Mostly the former, even though he should have been more focused on the latter. He'd learn his lesson eventually.

Diego, this was going to give Five a goddamn ulcer. But, for now, he was hunting Diego down like some semi-dangerous prey.

Did you feel that prickle at the back of your neck? That was him.

He did, actually. He turned to see who was watching him and--is that a fucking gun?

"What the fuck?" Diego said, pulling a knife out of his harness. Five wouldn't actually shoot him, would he?

Sweet summer child.

It was a tranq gun that he totally stole from your buddy McGarrett, Diego. You forced him to do this.

"We're going back to the apartment now," Five informed him.

"No, we're not," Diego said, lifting up his knife. "You can't just hold people hostage when things don't go your way, jackass."

Something else he'd also be telling Luther in the near future, it turned out.

"I'm keeping you from doing something stupid."

The wind totally blew in a dramatic fashion, highlighting their stand-off in a cinematic way.

You were about a million stupid decisions too late for that, Five.

Diego moved first, throwing a knife in Five's direction and making a run for it. Where to? He hadn't figured that out yet. Maybe he'd hide in the woods like a bear.

DAMN IT, DIEGO.

Five immediately teleported like the big ol' cheater that he was, reappearing next to Diego instead of in front of him. "Bad choice," he said before firing.

Had he considered how he'd get Diego out of here? Only slightly.

...clever girl. Boy.

Diego let out a loud "owwwww!" before stumbling towards the side. He pulled the dart out of his arm and tried taking a few more steps but everything was getting all wavy and fuzzy. "You suck...ass..."

And then he was hitting the ground hard.

Five sighed and slung the rifle strap over his shoulder to he could start the slow, laborious task of draging/teleporting Diego back to his apartment.

"I wouldn't have had to do this if you just listened to me."

Diego couldn't really move, but he was cognizant enough to make himself dead weight. So deal with that, Five.

He also tried to flip him off but his arm wouldn't move. But the sentiment was there.

"Don't take that tone with me," Five grumbled. "I'm doing this for your own safety!"

"I hope...you pull...something," Diego mumbled. "Youuuu old bitch."

Hope you were proud of yourself, Five.

Five pointedly teleported him for that. Because siblings.

God, that was actually the worst. "I'm gonna puke. I'm gonna puke right on you."

He didn't know how he'd manage it with the whole not moving thing, but he'd figure it out.
